Frequency is the amount of times your ears are exposed to a message. When you have a compelling message, and a high enough frequency, you can have a lasting effect on your audience, long after they’ve been exposed to your ads.

Think of how many songs you know the words to. Did you commit to learning all those songs by heart? No. You learned the songs by hearing them repeatedly, through frequency.
